Return and Refund Policy

At James and Edna Mae's Everything Sauce, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of our delectable gourmet barbecue sauce that you can eat on everything. However, we understand that occasionally circumstances may arise where you need to return or seek a refund for your purchase. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. Returns: We accept returns of James and Edna Mae's Everything Sauce under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and unused.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jemssauce@gmail.com or call 800-241-9525. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Refunds: Refunds for returned products will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Please note: 

At James and Edna Mae's Everything Sauce, we value your satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items purchased from third-party companies and/or brick-and-mortar stores. If you purchased our product from a third-party retailer, we kindly ask you to handle returns and refunds directly with them according to their respective policies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For purchases made directly from our website or authorized online channels, please refer to our return and refund policy outlined above.

3. Exchanges: Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for food products due to safety and hygiene reasons. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, we kindly ask that you follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a description of the issue and  photos. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement product or a refund, depending on your preference.

5. Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or partially used food products, including James and Edna Mae's Everything Sauce.

6. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to address your concerns and make it right.
